Your donation today to Archer Disability Foundation supports program development and outreach campaigns that address the chronic underemployment of persons with disabilities. Our work targets the number one issue facing the working age population, employment.
   
Our award winning community outreach DADEO Events (Disability Awareness, Disability Employment Opportunities) offer mentoring, job shadowing and job placement. DADEO supports high school students with specials needs who are transitioning out of the school district, returning veterans and job seekers with disabilities.
 
DADEO Career Days offer academic and workforce development support through our unique community relationships with the private business sector and government agencies. Employment is the key to self fulfillment and social inclusion to achieve independent living
